With over 20 years of success in the service industry, Joe decided to start Align Elevator Consulting with the purpose of helping companies customize a service solution that will improve their equipment and add value to their operation.
During his career in the elevator industry Joe enjoyed the first 11 years in sales. He spent 9 of those years working on the national accounts team at TK Elevator where he worked with some of the largest companies in the US. All of the companies he worked with had one thing in common... the need for a customized elevator service program with increased value, savings, and reliability.
In 2013 he moved into an operations and finance role responsible for managing the day-to-day sales and operations. Due to his extensive background, Joe can create a service solution that works in your best interest. He can work with the elevator companies to negotiate scope changes that can significantly lower your cost without sacrificing service.
The only way to increase the value of your service program is to customize a solution for your business and tailor the program for each property based on the needs of the building and most importantly those who rely on that equipment each day.
Elevators are the most widely used form of transportation traveling 1.36 billion miles per year, so whether you're going to your hotel room at the end of a long day or heading out shopping "aligning" your elevator service program with the needs of your property, type of equipment, and usage can increase your equipment's uptime and reduce service requests to ensure your customers, employees and/or tenants can get to where they need to go safely and on time.
Customizing your service program can also benefit your bottom line... Adjusting your service program frequency, identifying items not included and creating capital planners to identify future upgrades can save you thousands of dollars each year.
